For security purposes we enforce Email and phone number verification, this means that when you sign up you will be prompted to verify both your Email and phone number. You can opt for the same for your online profile as well
All group activities and discussions are conduted in a controlled whatsapp group created and maintained by Day One. The whatsapp group consists of 1 SME(Subject Matter Expert), 1 OM(Operations Manager) and 4 other Residents like yourself. Group rules will be communicated to you by your SME.
DUring sign-up you will be prompted to fill out a form. This form is used to capture all necessary personal information that will be feed and stored in our secure cloud database. You can add further information and update your profile using the customer portal
