So it does require being an expert in the field of the Day One Society. This also means you will be an ambbassador of the Day One Society in the public eye. SMEs are subject to scrutiny and reporting by Residents for any behavior that is undesirable. Since SMEs are your source and bridge to Day One HQ, they have to be honest, sincere, punctual and transparent at all times. You can report any SME even if that SME is not in any of your stokvels. By reporting an SME, you are helping make Day One a better stokvel and a better Society
